Back for More A-List Action

I am so sorry I haven't gone around to updating my blog lately. So much has been going on the past few months. 2012 really has been such a topsy-turvy year for me. I wouldn't go so far as consider it a bad year - but I definitely have had better.

So many changes have happened as well, at least when it comes to the A-List Team. I don't get to hang around with most of the people I have mentioned in the blog. I've also been moved to a different location - had to bid adieu to Makati, and the Greenbelt area, because my company has assigned me to Serendra

In terms of the changes, change is constant, and I'm a firm believer that change is indeed always for the better. I will be introducing new characters into the blog, rest assured. And saying goodbye to Makati only means that there are more new things that I can get to try and rave or rant about - BGC happens to be pretty exciting, with all the new developments there - hotels, upscale condominiums, retail and entertainment areas.

Several of my staff before used to make me kulit, because they would always open my blog and look for something new. Well, this one's for my former staff in Laguna, San Lorenzo, and Manila - watch out for new things on the blog.

I think it might be kind of moot to upload pictures from my travels last year - I know I wasn't able to upload my pictures from Singapore, and Hong Kong. I don't know if it will still mean a thing a couple of months after the fact, but we'll see.

What I am so excited about, though, that I would want to rave about, even if I have had this for like a couple of months ago, is my Macbook Pro.

I used to be adamant about switching from a Windows laptop to getting a Mac, but the Mac OS does not disappoint!

I'm tamad to take a picture of the laptop, and because I'm using it to type on right now. I received a cool present last birthday of mine, which I think is the perfect way to be toting around the Macbook Pro 13"- a Marc Jacob's Macbook Pro laptop case.

I attend meetings and notice some of the people I meet with using a Sony Vaio, which was my other choice, apart from the Macbook. I ended up getting the Macbook because I called my sister and asked her whether I was going to get the Vaio, which is cheaper by far compared to the Macbook, or the 13-inch Pro. She just told me to get the Macbook to get it over and done with! Haha!

It is only the start of the year, but by jove, I have experienced so much action already. I got hospitalized in St. Luke's Quezon City for slipped disc! So while I was interred for 4 or 5 days, I was taught how to play Monopoly Deal. I wasn't making it pansin before, but its really so fun pala. Here's a shot of me playing cards while I'm on the hospital bed.

Suffering a health scare so early in the year just doesn't seem right, and I'm not just talking about the slipped disc. So I know I may have not started the year right, but my starting to blog again, is so going to help me keep a positive outlook. Life is short, after all.
